代表性科研成果
韩珲博士长期致力于不同病因的慢性肝病相关研究，取得的主要研究成绩包括: 1）首次揭示了HIV蛋白酶抑制剂和酒精引发的内质网应激的分子机制及其在肝细胞损伤中的意义，为酒精与药物引发的肝病的干预提供了新思路；2）成功构建了可高效分解酒精的载酶纳米颗粒，为从源头上解决酒精消费带来的肝损伤以及中毒等问题奠定了基础；3）首次揭示了OPN调控OSM介导脂相关巨噬细胞-肝细胞串话、并通过ARG2促进肝细胞脂代谢、从而对抗在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的作用，回答了脂相关巨噬细胞在MASH中的保护机制，并为MASH的临床干预提供了新靶点。
